Internal Testing Algorithm for SFIG / CSF IgG Index Profile:
For Mayo patients, SFIG is not orderable in Epic due to both CSF and Serum collections needed. Instead SFINC, CSFDR and CSFD2 must be ordered as a Panel in Epic. Additional tests SFIGS and ALBS1 will automatically be added to the SFINC order. The serum samples for the SFIG panel is collected under the CSFDR/CSFD2 order.
Internal Testing Algorithm OLIG / Oligoclonal Banding:
For Mayo patients, OLIG is not orderable in Epic due to both CSF and Serum collections needed. Instead OLIGC and CSFDR must be ordered as a Panel in Epic. Additional test OLIGS will automatically be added to the OLIGC order. The serum sample for the OLIG panel is collected under the CSFDR order.
